Business Executive

Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead commercial growth and customer engagement within the assigned territory
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital teams, and institutional stakeholders
• Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with commercial objectives
• Conduct professional field visits and educational meetings to share balanced, evidence-based clinical information
• Drive achievement of sales targets while supporting improved patient outcomes
• Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to refine territory strategies
• Monitor territory performance metrics and implement action plans for growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and ensure strong execution
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of field activities
• Ensure all promotional and commercial activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and local regulatory requirements

Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Science, Pharmacy, or Medical background preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and mobile reporting tools

Experience
• 1–3 years of customer-facing experience in pharmaceutical sales, field roles, or account management
• Experience in healthcare, hospital, or pharmaceutical field roles preferred
• Experience organizing professional meetings or educational events is an advantage

Skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and relevant local languages
• Ability to clearly interpret and communicate scientific or clinical information
• Strong territory planning and analytical skills
• Customer-focused mindset with high ethical standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel regularly within assigned territory
