About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities
• Coordinate with clients and manage follow-ups to ensure effective communication and relationship building
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads in probiotics, nutraceuticals, and related sectors
• Assist in lead generation and support the sales pipeline
• Contribute to end-to-end marketing activities including campaigns and promotional initiatives
• Support business expansion strategies under guidance of senior team members
• Maintain records of client interactions and business development activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall sales and marketing objectives
Qualification
• Any graduate degree (Life Sciences / Business / Marketing preferred)
Experience
• Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience
Skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Interest in marketing, sales, and business development within biotech/pharma sector
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Proactive and learning-oriented mindset
• Basic understanding of probiotics, nutraceuticals, or healthcare market (preferred)
• Ability to work in a target-driven and dynamic environment
