About the Role
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage a designated Melbourne/VIC territory.
Develop and maintain relationships with dentists, practice principals, and specialists.
Identify and secure new business opportunities.
Conduct consultative sales meetings to assess practice needs.
Recommend tailored dental equipment and practice solutions.
Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and after-sales support.
Collaborate with service, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Drive revenue growth and territory development.
Qualification:
BDS , Valid driver’s licence.
Ability to travel across Melbourne metro region.
Experience:
Proven experience in B2B business development.
Experience in medical, dental, healthcare, or technical equipment sales preferred.
Strong consultative sales background.
Skills:
Prospecting and pipeline management.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Relationship-building and stakeholder engagement.
Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage full sales cycle independently.
