Business Development - Manager
About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the domestic pharmaceutical and healthcare markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities
• Prepare and present business proposals, plans, and reports to senior management
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production, and R&D) to ensure smooth execution of business strategies
• Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and suggest actionable improvements
• Represent the organization at domestic industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Qualification:
• MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
Experience:
• 7–10 years of experience in business development, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors
• Proven track record of generating revenue and managing client relationships
Skills:
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and achieve business targets
• Knowledge of domestic pharmaceutical markets and regulatory practices
