Business Development - Assistant Manager
About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Support identification and development of new business opportunities in the domestic pharmaceutical and healthcare markets
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities
• Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, production, and R&D) to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives
• Track sales performance, monitor KPIs, and contribute to actionable improvements
• Represent the organization at domestic industry events and client meetings as required
Qualification:
• MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
Experience:
• 5–7 years of experience in business development, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors
• Proven experience in client management and business growth initiatives
Skills:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently
• Knowledge of domestic pharmaceutical markets and regulatory environment
