Associate Scientist - Mass Spectrometry

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Perform routine mass analysis of proteins using mass spectrometry techniques
• Conduct peptide mass fingerprinting, glycan analysis, and PTM analysis
• Carry out peptide quantification and impurity separation studies
• Execute database search-based protein identification from MS data
• Support analytical characterization using ion exchange and hydrophobic interaction chromatography
• Maintain accurate laboratory documentation as per GLP standards
• Contribute to proteomics workflows and ensure timely data generation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for reproducible scientific output

Qualification:
• M.Sc / M.Tech / M.Pharm (Master of Pharmacy)
• Specialization in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Cell Biology, Biomedical Sciences, or Life Sciences

Experience:
• Hands-on experience in protein characterization using mass spectrometry
• Relevant industry or research experience preferred

Skills:
• Protein characterization via mass spectrometry
• Peptide mass fingerprinting and PTM analysis
• Released glycan analysis and peptide quantification
• MS data interpretation using database search tools
• Knowledge of GLP documentation practices
• Basic bioinformatics understanding
• Familiarity with multiplexed mass spectrometry (desirable)
