Associate - R&D Site Operations

Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic Initiative Support
• Support implementation of R&D strategic initiatives at site level
• Track progress of initiatives and provide inputs for decision-making frameworks
• Act as a communication liaison between site leadership and the wider organization
• Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders without direct authority

Content Creation & Communication
• Prepare reports, townhall presentations, executive briefings, and onboarding materials
• Develop intranet content, newsletters, leader communications, and dashboards
• Design posters, digital creatives, SharePoint pages, and internal campaigns
• Leverage AI and modern digital tools for innovative content creation

Project Planning & Leadership Support
• Create and maintain project plans, dashboards, and progress reports
• Support the GOAT Lead Team with leadership presentations and strategic content
• Develop videos and multimedia materials for internal showcases and communications

Operational & Administrative Support
• Coordinate day-to-day site operations and office activities
• Manage calendars, meetings, and leadership logistics
• Arrange travel, accommodation, and visitor coordination
• Support site events, ticketing, catering, and special projects

Qualifications
• Graduate or equivalent qualification (any discipline)
• Exposure to pharmaceutical or R&D environments is an advantage

Experience
• Experience in site operations, project coordination, or administrative support preferred
• Prior experience working with leadership teams or cross-functional stakeholders is beneficial

• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
