Associate Project Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities
• Liaise with global business partners, country medical teams, and medical leads
• Coordinate with FMV leads and tier validators for smooth project execution
• Ensure accurate transfer and maintenance of HCP data in tiering systems
• Perform data quality checks and resolve identified discrepancies
• Prepare compliance, monitoring, and quarterly engagement reports within timelines
• Review HCP and non-HCP tiering documentation and analyze expert credentials
• Manage and prioritize requests through centralized platforms/mailbox
• Support process improvements, documentation, and local training initiatives

Qualification
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences
• B.Pharm / M.Pharm preferred

Experience
• 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or life-science industry
• Experience in medical operations, data management, or compliance reporting preferred

Skills
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access
• Data handling, reporting, and documentation expertise
• Stakeholder and project coordination skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Excellent written and spoken English communication
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
