Associate Professor(Orthopedic Physiotherapy)

Roles & Responsibilities
• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate physiotherapy students with a focus on musculoskeletal and orthopedic physiotherapy
• Develop, implement, and update physiotherapy curriculum in line with academic standards
• Conduct research in physiotherapy, contribute to publications in peer-reviewed journals
• Provide clinical guidance and practical training to students
• Engage in patient care and supervise clinical sessions as required
• Mentor students and support their academic and professional development
• Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, and program planning
• Maintain records of teaching, research, and clinical activities

Qualifications
• Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) with Ortho/ Musculoskeletal specialization
• Recognized physiotherapy qualification in India

Experience
• Teaching experience in physiotherapy – preferred
• Research experience and publications in peer-reviewed journals – preferred
• Clinical expertise in orthopedic/musculoskeletal physiotherapy

Skills
• Strong knowledge of orthopedic and musculoskeletal physiotherapy
• Teaching and curriculum development skills
• Research and academic writing proficiency
