About the Role
Role & Responsibilities
• Execute brand operational plans with speed and quality in alignment with company policies and local regulations
• Implement marketing campaigns and educational programs effectively
• Spend up to 50% of time in the field engaging healthcare professionals and supporting the sales team
• Gather and analyze market insights to optimize brand performance
• Collaborate with healthcare societies to build advocacy for Hematology products
• Ensure all promotional materials and activities comply with internal policies and regulatory frameworks
• Provide training and brand messaging support to the sales team
• Develop innovative engagement strategies to positively influence customer behavior
Qualification
• Bachelor of Pharmacy
• Licensed Pharmacist with valid SCHS certification
Experience
• 3 – 8 years of experience in the Saudi pharmaceutical industry
• Prior experience in Oncology/Hematology therapy area
• Proven track record of high performance
