About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Adverse Events (AEs), Product Complaints (PCs), and Medical Inquiries (MIs)
• Manage spontaneous and solicited reports including AEs, medication errors, legal complaints, and special cases
• Respond to web-based medical inquiries from healthcare professionals and consumers
• Perform follow-ups with patients and HCPs as per client SOPs
• Generate follow-up letters and Adverse Event Monitoring (AEM) forms
• Update templates and route documents for medical reviewer approval
• Document all calls in accordance with Medical Information SOPs
• Research and resolve customer complaints using applicable systems
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when required
Qualification
• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Life Science Graduate
Experience
• 1–4 years of experience in UK/US call center, medical information, or pharmacovigilance environment
Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong call etiquette and customer-centric approach
• Good listening, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and professionalism
• Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines
• Fast and accurate typing and data entry skills
