Associate Medical Writer

Roles & Responsibilities
• Draft and develop dissertations, research manuscripts, review articles, and case reports
• Prepare scientific content for abstracts, posters, and congress materials
• Ensure compliance with Vancouver referencing style and IMRaD structure
• Deliver plagiarism-free, publication-ready manuscripts
• Collaborate remotely with editors, designers, and subject matter experts
• Revise and refine drafts based on peer-review and editorial feedback
• Adhere to tight submission timelines and journal publication standards

Qualification
• Pharm.D (Doctor of Pharmacy)
• M.Pharm (Master's of Pharmacy)
• Pharmacy Practice

Experience / Eligibility
• Minimum 2 publications in Scopus or PubMed indexed journals
• DOI or Letter of Acceptance must be mentioned in the resume
• Strong academic writing and manuscript development experience preferred

Skills
• Strong command of medical and scientific terminology
• Proficiency in MS Word formatting and document structuring
• Knowledge of Vancouver referencing style and IMRaD format
• Ability to produce original, high-quality academic content
• Familiarity with referencing tools such as Zotero or Mendeley (preferred)
• Certification in Scientific or Medical Writing (preferred)
• Strong English communication skills (Hindi knowledge is an advantage)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
