Associate Healthcare Research & Data Analyst(Provider Research)

Roles & Responsibilities
• Conduct primary and secondary research to analyze trends in the U.S. provider industry, including regulatory updates and market dynamics
• Execute surveys, polls, and interviews with hospital leaders and healthcare industry experts
• Perform in-depth literature reviews to gather relevant data, insights, and expert perspectives
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify key themes and emerging trends
• Develop high-quality written deliverables such as reports, articles, presentations, and client communications
• Support custom research requests and ensure timely delivery of insights to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality across deliverables
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Hospital Management, Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Healthcare Administration, or Public Health

Experience
• Fresher to 1 year of relevant experience in market research, healthcare research, writing, or analysis
• Exposure to healthcare provider operations or revenue cycle is an advantage

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Research, analysis, and report-writing capabilities
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
