Associate Director Medical Affairs

Roles & Responsibilities
• Oversee end-to-end clinical operations ensuring compliance with medical standards and protocols
• Manage, mentor, and engage with the doctor network including in-house doctors and consultants
• Design and implement clinical workflows, treatment protocols, and patient care journeys for weight loss and supplement programs
• Collaborate closely with product, technology, and operations teams to embed clinical excellence into the platform
• Monitor patient outcomes, feedback, and clinical metrics to improve service quality and consistency
• Design and implement hiring, onboarding, and training processes for doctors
• Ensure ethical medical practices, patient safety, and regulatory compliance at all times
• Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and stakeholders as required

Qualification
• MBBS (mandatory)
• MBA preferred

Experience
• 2 to 8 years of experience in clinical operations or doctor management
• Startup or digital health experience preferred

Skills
• Strong knowledge of weight management, obesity medicine, nutrition, and supplements
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills
• Empathetic, patient-first mindset with strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
• Hands-on approach with problem-solving capabilities
