Associate Director Medical Affairs

Roles & Responsibilities
• Oversee end-to-end clinical operations ensuring adherence to medical standards and protocols
• Design and implement clinical workflows, treatment protocols, and patient care journeys for weight loss programs
• Manage, mentor, and engage in-house doctors and consulting physicians
• Ensure ethical medical practices, patient safety, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to integrate clinical excellence into the platform
• Monitor patient outcomes and feedback to improve service quality and consistency
• Develop and implement hiring, onboarding, and training processes for doctors
• Work closely with external vendors, partners, and healthcare stakeholders
• Support scaling of clinical operations in a fast-paced digital health environment

Qualification
• MBBS mandatory
• MBA preferred

Experience
• 2 to 8 years of experience in clinical operations or doctor management
• Startup or digital health experience preferred

Skills
• Strong knowledge of weight management, obesity medicine, nutrition, and supplements
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Patient-first and empathetic clinical approach
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work hands-on in a dynamic startup environment
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and ethical medical practices
