Associate Dentist

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct patient consultations and examinations to diagnose dental conditions
• Perform dental procedures including restorations, extractions, and root canal treatments (RCTs)
• Provide preventative dental care education to patients
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Manage clinic workflow effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently

QUALIFICATION:
• BDS or MDS with a valid dental license
• Knowledge of modern dental practices and technologies

EXPERIENCE:
• Prior experience in a clinical or hospital environment is advantageous

SKILLS:
• Proficiency in diagnosing and treating dental conditions, including restorative treatments and extractions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
• Effective time management and task prioritization
