Associate Dentist

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Perform routine dental checkups and treatments for children and family patients
• Conduct detailed oral examinations and diagnose dental conditions
• Provide preventive treatments such as fluoride applications, sealants, and cavity prevention
• Deliver habit correction therapies and pediatric dental procedures
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene practices
• Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience

Qualification:
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) – Mandatory
• MDS in Pediatric Dentistry or related specialization – Preferred
• Valid dental registration and license to practice in India

Experience:
• Prior experience in pediatric or family dental care is preferred

Skills:
• Strong knowledge of pediatric dentistry procedures
• Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills
• Effective communication and patient-handling skills
• Ability to create a child-friendly and anxiety-free environment
• Team collaboration and time management skills
