Associate Dentist

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform general dental procedures including restorations, extractions, root canal treatments, and prosthetic work
• Conduct patient consultations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Independently handle routine clinical dental cases with confidence
• Assist and perform advanced procedures based on specialization, where applicable
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Ensure adherence to infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols
• Deliver ethical, patient-focused dental care
• Contribute to maintaining high clinical standards within the practice

Skills Required

• Strong clinical competence in general dentistry
• Ability to perform basic dental procedures independently
• Good communication and patient-handling skills
• Professional attitude with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt to clinic protocols

Qualifications

• BDS with a minimum of 2–3 years of clinical experience
• MDS preferred, especially in Endodontics or Prosthodontics

Experience After Qualification

• Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience
