Associate Dentist

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform comprehensive dental assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Provide treatments including fillings, root canals, extractions, and cosmetic procedures
• Assist in orthodontic cases involving braces, aligners, and Invisalign in collaboration with the specialist team
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive dental care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using dental management tools
• Ensure high standards of patient care, comfort, and satisfaction
• Stay updated with modern dental technologies and treatment methods
• Work collaboratively with dental professionals to ensure seamless clinical workflow

QUALIFICATION:
• BDS or MDS from a recognized dental institution
• Valid dental license to practice in India

EXPERIENCE:
• Clinical experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Freshers with strong clinical knowledge and eagerness to learn may also apply

SKILLS:
• Proficiency in general dentistry procedures such as root canals, fillings, and extractions
• Knowledge of cosmetic and orthodontic treatments including veneers, braces, aligners, and Invisalign
• Strong communication, counseling, and patient management skills
• Familiarity with dental practice management software and record-keeping
• Detail-oriented with excellent diagnostic abilities
• Passion for continuous learning and adopting advanced dental technologies
