Associate Dentist

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Diagnose and treat patients with a patient-first and ethical approach
• Perform general dental procedures including restorations, RCTs, extractions, scaling, and polishing
• Manage patients across all age groups, including pediatric cases
• Assist and coordinate in aesthetic and restorative dental procedures
• Maintain accurate clinical records and follow clinic protocols
• Ensure strict adherence to sterilization and infection control standards
• Educate patients on preventive care and treatment plans
• Collaborate effectively with in-house dental and administrative teams

QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)
• Fellowship in General Dentistry is an added advantage

EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience

SKILLS:
• Strong clinical and procedural expertise
• Good communication and patient management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ethical practice
• Adaptability to shift-based schedules
