About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and oral examinations
• Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Perform routine dental procedures such as restorations, fillings, and extractions
• Provide preventive dental care and educate patients on oral hygiene practices
• Ensure patient comfort and maintain high standards of clinical care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Follow infection control protocols and clinic SOPs
• Collaborate with dental assistants and other clinical staff for seamless patient care
Qualifications
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Master of Dental Surgery (MDS)
• Valid dental license and registration to practice
Experience
• Prior clinical or hospital experience is preferred
• Freshers with strong clinical fundamentals may also be considered
Skills Required
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
• Proficiency in restorative dentistry and basic dental procedures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build patient trust and rapport
• Time management and ability to handle clinic workflow efficiently
• Familiarity with modern dental practices and technologies
