Delight Dental Spa, located in Mascot and Pagewood, Sydney, NSW, is seeking a highly skilled Associate Dentist for an April–May 2026 start. The role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced clinical environment with access to advanced technology and mentorship from senior clinicians.

• Salary Range: $200,000 – $300,000 per year (Service Fee Agreement 40/60 split)
• Work Setting: Private Dental Clinic
• Start Date: April–May 2026
• Work Schedule: 4 weekdays + half-day Saturday

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care including restorative dentistry, crowns, molar endodontics, fixed prosthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and implant dentistry
• Diagnose and present phased treatment plans for routine and complex cases
• Integrate clear aligner orthodontics into patient treatment plans
• Observe and engage with specialist oral surgeon sessions (1–2 times per month)
• Utilize advanced digital systems: CEREC, CBCT, DSLR, integrated surgical/endo units
• Continuously refine clinical skills, chair-time efficiency, and patient care techniques

Required Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent
• State Dental Council registration (or eligibility)
• Completion or commitment to a comprehensive orthodontic training program

Experience and Skills

• Confident in general restorative dentistry, crowns, and molar endodontics
• Ability to manage multi-unit and same-day dentistry
• Comfortable in fast-paced clinical settings and advanced digital dentistry
• Strong communication and patient-handling skills
• Initiative to expand clinical skills and professional growth
