Associate Dentist
About the Role
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform dental scans and conduct teeth alignment consultations
• Provide complete solutions related to oral hygiene, whitening, and dental products
• Carry out minor dental procedures such as scaling, fillings, and OPG
• Assist orthodontists in aligner procedures at Toothsi retail centers
• Handle emergency appointments when required
• Manage day-to-day store operations and support business objectives
• Travel between centers to manage cases during staff absence or leave
• Address patient cases and escalations confidently in a fast-paced environment
QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Surgery (BDS)
EXPERIENCE:
• Experience in clinical dentistry preferred
SKILLS:
• Strong clinical and diagnostic abilities
• Confidence in handling patient cases
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly
• Sales and customer service orientation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high-paced environment
