AMPA Orthodontics Private Limited is hiring an Associate Dentist (Retail Dentist – Toothsi Centre) for a full-time position in Borivali, Mumbai. The role involves providing dental consultations, performing minor dental procedures, assisting orthodontists with aligner treatments, and supporting daily store operations. The selected candidate will also manage patient queries and contribute to achieving clinic-level business objectives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities

• Perform dental scans and teeth alignment consultations
• Provide solutions related to aligners, oral hygiene products, and teeth whitening
• Conduct minor dental procedures such as scaling and fillings
• Assist orthodontists during aligner treatment procedures
• Learn and perform aligner delivery procedures
• Handle emergency patient appointments when required

Store & Sales Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations at the clinic centre
• Ensure achievement of store-level business objectives
• Handle patient queries, complaints, and escalations professionally

Travel Requirement

• Travel within the city to different centres when required
• Manage operations at alternate centres during staff leave or weekly offs

Required Qualification

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized institution
