Associate Dentist

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Visit customers’ homes for dental consultations and perform intraoral scans using iTero or equivalent scanners
• Assess smile alignment and explain the aligner treatment process to customers
• Clearly communicate clinical reports, expected outcomes, and pricing options
• Achieve monthly consultation and conversion targets
• Coordinate with central sales & operations teams for smooth scheduling and follow-ups
• Ensure an excellent, professional, and hygienic customer experience during every visit
• Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems regularly
• Handle and transport the company-provided scanner bag (weight up to 8 kg) during field visits

QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) / Master of Dental Surgery (MDS)

EXPERIENCE:
• 0–6 years (freshers welcome if confident in communication and sales)

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with field visits, customer interaction, and handling equipment
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn scanning devices & mobile CRM tools
• Driving license and two-wheeler mandatory
