Associate dentist

Job Role & Responsibilities
• Visit customers’ homes to perform smile scans using iTero or equivalent scanners
• Assess smile alignment and explain aligner treatment options
• Educate customers on clinical reports, treatment outcomes, and pricing
• Achieve monthly consultation and conversion targets
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for scheduling and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate consultation data and update CRM regularly
• Ensure professional and hygienic conduct during all field visits
• Provide excellent end-to-end customer experience

Qualifications
• BDS or MDS from a recognized dental institution
• Registered with DCI or relevant State Dental Council

Experience
• 0–3 years (freshers can apply if confident in communication and sales)

Skills Required
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with field visits and city travel
• Tech-savvy; able to use mobile CRM and scanning devices
• Customer-focused, persuasive, and professional
