Associate - CSCC & RM

Roles & Responsibilities
• Create, compile, and distribute Product Quality Reports (PQR) from the regulatory affairs system in a timely manner
• Coordinate with affiliates and stakeholders to gather required information for certificate and sample tracking
• Monitor and follow up on certificate and sample requests to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate document translations with registered vendors and deliver finalized documents to country affiliates
• Manage sample requests required for product registration activities
• Assign tasks to relevant stakeholders through accurate workflow management based on request categories
• Maintain timely updates and archive requests on SharePoint for global visibility
• Perform bulk updates in regulatory affairs systems as required
• Support additional operational and regulatory activities based on business needs
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and demonstrate strong ownership of assigned tasks

Qualification
• Bachelor of Pharmacy, Master of Pharmacy
• Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biosciences, or equivalent

Experience
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs or related fields
• Exposure to regulatory documentation and tracking systems (preferred)

Skills
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with regulatory affairs systems and SharePoint
• Ability to manage multiple requests within defined timelines
• Team-oriented mindset with accountability and ownership
