Associate Content Analyst - AI Data Annotation

Roles & Responsibilities
• Annotate, review, and validate scholarly content including text, tables, figures, and images for AI training
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs and provide structured quality feedback
• Support AI-driven content extraction, classification, and curation workflows
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of training datasets
• Follow defined annotation guidelines and quality standards
• Work with research and AI teams to improve data quality and model performance

Qualification
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM disciplines (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields)

Experience
• Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Exposure to academic or scholarly content is an advantage

Skills
• Strong analytical and reading skills for scholarly literature
• Ability to interpret research articles and academic publications
• Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
• Basic understanding of AI, data annotation, or content classification
• Good written communication skills
