Associate Consultant Reskilling (PT)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support end-to-end delivery of Talent Intelligence projects under the guidance of Consultants and Delivery Managers
• Analyze large datasets to generate market and talent insights
• Build structured, analysis-ready spreadsheets using defined templates and methodologies
• Produce Talent Intelligence outputs across job roles, skills, occupations, and locations
• Perform data validation, sanity checks, and quality assurance before final delivery
• Write clear summaries translating analysis into actionable insights
• Conduct secondary and market research to validate findings
• Document sources, assumptions, and methodologies for deliverables
• Coordinate with internal teams and follow established delivery processes
• Share data observations to support platform and model improvements

QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Not specified)
• Strong proficiency in Excel is mandatory
• SQL or Python knowledge is a plus
