Associate Consultant (Reskilling-PT)
About the Role
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support end-to-end delivery of Talent Intelligence projects under guidance of Consultants and Delivery Managers
• Analyze large datasets to answer foundational talent and market questions (e.g., median pay, workforce size, skill distribution)
• Build analysis-ready spreadsheets and structured datasets using defined templates and methodologies
• Produce Talent Intelligence outputs across job roles, occupations, skills, and locations, including cost and workforce metrics
• Perform data validation, sanity checks, and QA reviews before final delivery
• Write clear summaries translating analysis into actionable insights
• Conduct secondary research to validate, triangulate, and add context to outputs when needed
• Document sources, assumptions, and methodology for each deliverable
• Share delivery learnings and observations that can feed into platform and model improvements
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and follow established delivery processes
QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant field (data analytics, business, or related discipline preferred)
EXPERIENCE:
• 0–1 year of experience in analytics, consulting, or related field
• Comfortable working with large datasets and supporting delivery execution
SKILLS:
• Strong analytical mindset, including ability to interpret numbers, spot trends, and draw structured conclusions
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivots, data cleaning, structured tables)
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Market research and secondary research skills to validate findings
• Knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus, not mandatory
• Comfortable using MS Office and digital collaboration tools
• Detail-oriented, structured, consistent, and accountable
• Collaborative team player with willingness to learn and receive feedback
