Assistant Professor Pharmacology

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Pharmacology and related subjects
• Prepare lesson plans and conduct lectures, practical sessions, and assessments as per curriculum
• Mentor and guide students in academics, research, and career development
• Contribute to research activities, publications, and departmental academic projects
• Assist in laboratory setup, maintenance, and practical training
• Participate in seminars, workshops, faculty meetings, and academic initiatives
• Support accreditation processes, internal audits, and regulatory compliance activities

Qualification:
• Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) in Pharmacology from a PCI-approved institute (Mandatory)
• Ph.D. in Pharmacology or registration for Ph.D. (Desirable)

Experience:
• Freshers with strong academic background may apply
• Teaching or research experience preferred but not mandatory

Skills:
• Strong subject knowledge in Pharmacology
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an academic environment
• Interest in research methodology and scientific writing
• Student mentoring and academic guidance skills
