Assistant Professor in Clinical Pharmacy

Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver courses to students in the assigned discipline areas
• Evaluate, monitor, and provide feedback on student academic progress to enhance learning outcomes
• Teach specialized Clinical Pharmacy courses and related subjects as per curriculum requirements
• Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputed, indexed journals
• Support curriculum development and course management aligned with university and college standards
• Contribute actively to university and college initiatives, projects, and academic committees
• Participate in local and international accreditation and quality assurance initiatives
• Mentor and guide students in career planning at local, regional, and international levels
• Maintain positive and effective student–faculty relationships conducive to learning
• Initiate and participate in community engagement activities benefiting the university and local community

Qualification
• PhD or Master’s degree in Clinical Pharmacy or a closely related discipline

Experience
• Minimum 2+ years of teaching experience at the university level
• Proven research publications in Scopus-indexed journals

Skills
• Strong teaching, mentoring, and curriculum development skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
• Proficiency in modern teaching technologies, e-learning platforms, and academic reporting tools
• Commitment to continuous professional development and academic excellence
• Ability to contribute effectively to institutional growth and academic innovation
