Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor - Pharmacy

Role & Responsibilities
• Deliver classroom and laboratory teaching for UG and PG pharmacy programs
• Develop and update course content, lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials
• Mentor students for academics, projects, internships, and career development
• Support curriculum design, academic planning, evaluations, and examinations
• Contribute to accreditation, rankings, audits, and quality assurance initiatives
• Maintain academic records, PCI/UGC compliance, and institutional documentation
• Assistant Professor: Independently handle UG/PG courses, guide student projects, participate in committees and departmental initiatives
• Associate Professor: Provide academic leadership, guide PG students/research scholars, publish research, support curriculum enhancement and mentoring of junior faculty
• Professor: Lead academic and research initiatives, mentor faculty/research scholars, drive funding/publications/collaborations, support governance and policy formulation

Qualification
• Educational qualifications as per PCI / UGC norms

Experience
• Relevant teaching and/or research experience as prescribed for the applied designation (Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor)

Skills
• Strong subject expertise in pharmacy
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Student-centric teaching approach
• Research orientation and academic leadership (for senior roles)
