About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities
• Oversee QA activities with strong coordination with QC (AQA – QC background preferred)
• Review and approve deviations, OOS, OOT, and investigation reports
• Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory guidelines, and internal quality systems
• Support and manage audit compliance activities (internal, external, regulatory)
• Monitor implementation of CAPA and effectiveness checks
• Review analytical documents, specifications, and quality records
• Drive continuous improvement in quality systems and compliance standards
Qualification
• M.Sc/ B.Pharm
Experience
• 10–15 years of experience in Quality Assurance
• Strong background in QC with exposure to AQA activities
• Hands-on experience in audit handling, deviations, and OOS investigations
Skills
• In-depth knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements
• Strong experience in audit compliance and quality systems
• Expertise in deviation management and OOS handling
• Good documentation and review skills
• Leadership and team coordination abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
