Assistant Manager- Physiotherapist

Roles & Responsibilities
• Assist in the overall management and operations of the Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre
• Supervise and coordinate daily clinical activities of the physiotherapy team
• Ensure delivery of high-quality physiotherapy and rehabilitation services
• Monitor patient care standards and ensure adherence to clinical protocols
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams for patient rehabilitation plans
• Oversee scheduling, workflow management, and resource allocation
• Support training, mentoring, and performance evaluation of physiotherapy staff
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical SOPs, and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and departmental records

Operational & Administrative Responsibilities
• Assist in implementing departmental goals and quality improvement initiatives
• Monitor equipment usage and ensure proper maintenance of rehabilitation facilities
• Support patient satisfaction initiatives and service excellence standards
• Participate in audits, reviews, and hospital accreditation processes

Qualifications
• Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution

Experience
• Relevant experience in physiotherapy and rehabilitation services
• Prior experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role preferred
