Area Manager-Occupational Rehabilitation

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide results-focused leadership to a multi-disciplinary team of Allied Health professionals
• Coach and develop team members to optimize performance and engagement
• Prioritize key business activities including customer, employee, operational, and financial targets
• Build and maintain productive customer relationships by addressing client needs
• Ensure services are delivered timely, accurately, and in compliance with legislative and organizational standards
• Achieve revenue and profit targets while effectively managing costs
• Drive case progression through knowledge of workers’ compensation and case management practices

QUALIFICATION:
• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or a related field

EXPERIENCE:
• Prior Occupational Rehabilitation experience is essential
• Demonstrated leadership experience with a proven ability to coach and influence teams
• Track record in customer management and business development preferred

SKILLS:
• Strong leadership and people management abilities
• Practical knowledge of workplace health and safety and workers’ compensation legislation
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business drivers
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Energetic, positive, and self-motivated approach
