Apprentice - Production & Manufacturing

Roles & Responsibilities
• Assist in day-to-day production activities in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Support manufacturing processes and compliance documentation
• Learn and follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and plant regulatory standards
• Participate in shift-based operations with structured on-the-job training
• Collaborate with Production, QA, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth workflows
• Maintain proper documentation and adherence to safety guidelines

Qualification
• ITI (Mechanical / Electrical), Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical), B.com(General)
• B.Pharm /B.Sc

Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum 50% aggregate in all academics
• Passing Year: 2024 or 2025
• Age: 18–23 years
• Gender: Male candidates only

Experience
• Freshers eligible to apply
• No prior industry experience required

Skills
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or pharmaceutical operations
• Willingness to work in shift-based environment
• Good learning attitude and adaptability
• Basic documentation and communication skills
• Teamwork and discipline
