Apprentice (Injectable Manufacturing & Engineering)

Roles & Responsibilities
• Support injectable manufacturing operations and production processes
• Assist in packing machine operations and related production activities
• Follow cGMP guidelines and ensure regulatory compliance in daily operations
• Maintain batch manufacturing records and documentation accurately
• Coordinate with Engineering and Operations teams for smooth execution of activities
• Participate in structured technical training under the Engineering Academy program
• Adhere to safety, quality, and data integrity standards within manufacturing areas

Qualification
• Diploma (Relevant Technical Fields)
• D.Pharm (Diploma in Pharmacy)
• B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy)
• B.Tech / B.E (CS, EE, ECE, ICE, IT, Mechanical, Civil)

Experience
• Freshers (0–1 year experience) eligible to apply

Skills
• Basic understanding of cGMP and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a regulated pharma environment
• Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing setup
