Analytical Research Development - Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct analytical research and development activities for pharmaceutical products
• Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods for raw materials, in-process, and finished products
• Perform stability studies and prepare detailed reports on analytical findings
• Collaborate with R&D, quality control, and production teams to support product development and troubleshooting
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain accurate documentation of experiments, results, and reports for regulatory submissions

Qualification:
• M.Pharm, B.Pharm, or equivalent in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field

Experience:
• 6–8 years of experience in analytical R&D within the pharmaceutical industry
• Hands-on experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC, UV, and other instrumentation

Skills:
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills
• Proficiency in method development, validation, and documentation
• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements
