Analytical Development - Jr. Executive / Executive

Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop and prepare analytical protocols, reports, and worksheets
• Perform method development and analytical testing as per regulatory requirements
• Handle HPLC, GC, spectroscopic instruments, and wet chemical analysis
• Verify compendial procedures as per pharmacopeial standards
• Analyze finished dosage (FD) support samples and multimedia dissolution samples
• Conduct analysis of lab-scale stability samples
• Monitor instrument performance and ensure timely calibration
• Perform preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with GMP and data integrity norms
• Support technology transfer and regulatory submission requirements

Qualification
• M.Sc / M.Pharm (Master of Pharmacy)

Experience
• 2–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical analytical development
• Experience in sterile or regulated manufacturing environment preferred

Skills
• Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and instrumentation (HPLC, GC, UV, etc.)
• Understanding of GMP and regulatory compliance requirements
• Good documentation and report-writing skills
• Experience with stability studies and dissolution testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently and in team-based project environments
