About the Role
Role & Responsibilities
• Manage and validate pharmaceutical commercial datasets (IQVIA, APLD, OneKey, Xponent, LAAD)
• Perform regular data refresh, quality checks, and reconciliation activities
• Support forecasting, targeting, call planning, and reporting processes
• Maintain SOPs, business rules, metadata, and documentation
• Provide ad-hoc data support to US Commercial Data Management teams
• Assist in report generation, QC, and distribution (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance standards
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
• MBA / MSc / MTech / PhD in Life Sciences, Statistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or Decision Sciences (preferred)
Experience
• 2–3 years of experience in pharma commercial data or analytics roles
Skills
• Working knowledge of IQVIA or pharma sales datasets
• Basic proficiency in SQL and data analysis
• Understanding of data governance and quality frameworks
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
