Advanced Physiotherapist Rehabilitation

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Deliver advanced clinical physiotherapy services across complex rehabilitation cases.
• Apply specialist and innovative clinical judgement independently across the continuum of care.
• Provide high-level clinical support and advice to multidisciplinary team (MDT) members.
• Offer expert guidance in managing clinically complex patients.
• Demonstrate advanced clinical leadership and support service integration across specialties.
• Coordinate effective rehabilitation services across the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS).
• Provide professional advice to clinicians, service managers, and stakeholders on standards, service initiatives, and clinical development.
• Potential leadership of community-based allied health teams.

Qualification:
• Qualification in Physiotherapy.
• Current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• Eligibility to practice within Queensland Health (HP5 level).

Experience:
• Demonstrated advanced-level clinical experience in rehabilitation.
• Experience managing complex patient presentations across acute and community settings.
• Proven clinical leadership experience within multidisciplinary environments.
