Role: Admissions Counselor – EdTech (Upskilling Courses)

• Consultative inside sales role focused on healthcare upskilling and professional programs
• Guide learners toward high-demand career tracks including:
• Medical Science Liaison (MSL)
• Drug Safety Physician / Medical Reviewer
• Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR)
• Pharmacovigilance / Drug Safety
• Clinical Research
• Clinical Data Management
• Medical Writing
• Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound student enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Provide consultative counselling aligned with learner career goals
• Achieve monthly enrolment targets through ethical, value-driven sales
• Maintain accurate and updated CRM records
• Follow structured counselling scripts and sales frameworks
• Coordinate with marketing, academic, and product teams
• Ensure high student satisfaction through timely follow-ups
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant programs based on student profiles

Experience 

• 1–5 years of relevant experience in EdTech sales or admissions counselling
• Mandatory experience in upskilling or professional course sales

Requirements
• Proven ability to handle leads independently and close enrolments
• Strong communication, counselling, and persuasion skills
• Experience working with CRM tools and structured follow-up processes
• Target-driven mindset with a student-first, consultative sales approach
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
