Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Implement monthly production plan, Solid Dosage Forms.
2. Receive raw materials and manufacturing permit from warehouse and check manufacturing permit with the received amounts.
3. Ensure the application of standard operating procedures and manufacturing manual in each step of the manufacturing process in Solid Dosage Forms.
4. Ensure the application of standard operating procedures during cleaning and starting each machine.
5. Check Weighed materials according to SOPs.
6. Ensure the application of standard operating procedures in cleaning the manufacturing rooms.
7. Check on Manufacturing rooms and all the machines before the manufacturing process.
8. Coordinate with packaging supervisor in order to finish the monthly production plan.
9. Check staff attendance and inform the Section Head with any discrepancies.
10. Register working hours and technical problems in the specified log book.
11. Inform QC to take sample for analysis.
12. Responsible for compliance with quality integrated system for quality, environment, health and safety in relation with his job and duties.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Males only according to our current work needs with a proven 2 years of work experience as a Production Specialist or similar role
• knowledge of Solid Dosage Forms
• BSc degree in Pharmacy, pharmaceutical science or relevant field
