Roles & Responsibilities

• Drug dispensing to patients & OTC counseling
• Completes pharmacy operational requirements by organizing and directing pharmacists & assistants to effective workflow inside the pharmacy
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations, including inventory checks, addressing shortages, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Provides pharmacological information by answering questions and requests of health care professionals; counseling patients on drug therapies.
• Complies with governance drug laws as regulated by the board of pharmacy, the drug enforcement administration, and the food and drug administration.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a shift pharmacist
• Thorough understanding of dosage administration and measurement, chemical compounds, medical brands etc.
• Good organizing skills
• Excellent communication skills with a customer oriented approach
• Integrity and compassion
• Degree in Pharmacy
• Valid licence to practice the profession
