Job Title: Pharmacist Position Summary:

As a Pharmacist , you will play a key role in ensuring medication safety, engaging with patients, and upholding the highest standards. Your expertise will directly impact the quality of care and customer satisfaction we deliver.

Key Responsibilities:

Medication Review & Dispensing:

• Review prescriptions for accuracy and determine required ingredients and formulas.
• Compound medications using standard processes when necessary.
• Supervise pharmacy staff involved in mixing, labeling, and packaging pharmaceuticals.

Patient Interaction & Support:

• Provide detailed counseling on drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and storage.
• Actively engage patients in understanding and utilizing pharmacy programs and services.
• Address client and patient concerns promptly with professionalism and empathy.

Operational Management:

• Maintain compliance with quality assurance standards, controlled substance security, and hazardous waste disposal protocols.
• Manage pharmacy systems, including patient data entry, prescription tracking, and inventory control.
• Resolve third-party prescription claim rejections and ensure timely resubmissions.

Quality Assurance & Reporting:

• Adhere to policies regarding medication errors and ensure prompt reporting of incidents.
• Implement loss prevention measures to minimize profit loss.

Collaboration & Relationship Building:

• Establish strong working relationships with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Perform technical or additional pharmacy-related tasks as needed based on operational requirements.

Qualifications:

Education & Licensure:

• Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited institution.
• Current license to practice pharmacy or eligibility letter for UAE (in good standing).

Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in pharmacy software, Internet tools, and word processing systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Mathematical & Reasoning Skills:

• Competency in applying fractions, percentages, and ratios to real-world pharmacy tasks.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret diverse instructions effectively.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform detailed work, and meet vision requirements.
